The boss is on your back. The project is way behind schedule. You dropped your BlackBerry in the loo. Starbucks is out of cookies. Everything's going wrong today and you just... can't... take it anymore! AHHHHHH!
If you need to de-stress at work, try MoodTurn. The site plays calming, soothing music mixed with the sounds of nature, while at the same time treating you to a peaceful nature scene. In no time at all, you'll be down from the clock tower and surrendering your rifle to the authorities.
If you're having a stressful day and could use some sounds to relax you while you work, head over to MoodTurn for some soothing music and beautiful landscapes. You can select the type of sounds the Web app plays as well as the imagery in the background to help you relax.
The site loops music and visuals if you'd prefer to let it play in the background while you work in another window. If you're looking for a little desktop vacation, or soothing nature sounds really do help you relax, MoodTurn might be the best way to block out your noisy cubicle neighbor.
Huge Thank You to all those Great photographers who provided me with their amazing photos and published them under Creative Commons Licence. Thanks!
MoodTurn.com was created in early 2010 as a one of my side projects. Originally it was just a small and personal website, developed to help me relax after a long hard day and clear my mind, but thanks to LifeHacker, MakeUseOf and others, I'm glad more and more people are finding it useful as well.
But the whole story behind creation of MoodTurn can be summed up in a single, most precious to me, name - Jamie L. Dapkus. She served as an inspiration and constant thinking about her was the main and only reason of creating this service.

"The time to relax is when you don't have time for it."
